Tips 👉🏻 Ginger likes heat and humidity so keep it indoors until your outside temperatures are staying well above 60 degrees. 👉🏻 Break up your larger ginger into thumb sized pieces as long as each piece has an eye that will sprout. 👉🏻 some people recommend soaking the ginger before planting and others say not to due to mold growth.
