It is being called “a 420 celebration showcasing the art and diversity of the Central Valley through live art, musical performances, food and fun. “🌱😎 Supported by the City of Stockton, Stockton PD, Visit Stockton and the DCC, it has been approved for “the ultimate amount of ADULT fun with onsite consumption” according organizers.
