Capricorn | UK North Sea contingent payment update
2023年12月19日 · In line with the expected 2024 contingent payment, Capricorn will receive a sum of $50m cash through an initial payment of $48m in December 2023, followed by $2m at the end of Q1/24. An additional $22.5m will be due in early January 2025.
Capricorn | Senegal Update
2024年12月17日 · Capricorn has been notified by Woodside Energy (“Woodside”) that all terms and conditions have been satisfied under the sale and purchase agreement relating to the disposal of its production sharing contract (PSC) interests in Senegal, with Capricorn anticipating the receipt of $50m in January 2025.
