I can get rotary encoder working with dimmer but I cannot for the life of me get it to dim to 0 (off) by turning the knob. I want to use the push button on my encoder for another purpose so wanting to dim to off with the rotary encoder.

2022年1月6日 · I'm looking for a knob like the Tuya Zigbee Smart Knob (zigbee, button, dial). Does anyone have experience with it? I'd want to use it with ZHA in Home Assistant to control lights, and maybe volume on some speakers.

2022年7月16日 · Can I use the counter function in conjunction with an rotary encoder? The counter would have to count up AND down depending on the direction of rotation. And I need to be able to set the counter, from time to time, to a certain value, to calibrate the measurment. Anyone have any advice on how I can best make this work? Thanks a lot Thomas

The default is volume up and down with rotation and sound mute with a click. I don't see myself using the mute function. If anyone knows how I could use this to mute my microphone for things like discord that would be great.

2023年8月6日 · Rotating the knob to get to the lowest brightness value will turn off the light instead of remaining on the lowest value. Same with the highest value, seems that rotating the know won’t get the light as bright as it can be as compared to when I do it via HA UI.

2020年1月30日 · I'm using a stepper to turn a volume knob on a amplifier. It doesn't have a remote, so I'm going to make one for it. The stepper I have working and rotating up and down but i can't find a way to make it incremental. Using the Shutters option in Tasmo I can set it to 30%, 50%, etc. (not 10% as it throws a DIV0).
