2024年12月11日 · Make sure this is the same Microsoft account as the current user on your Windows 11 PC and Microsoft Authenticator app. I had to do this twice before my profile photo and email appeared. Check Phone Link on Win 11 also shows your profile photo and email under Settings (top right), Devices. Phone Link app now shows "Received files.

2023年8月19日 · Before my phone was damaged, I did not have a chance to create a second form of authentication though a phone number or email. I do have a secondary phone which I have attempted to log into the authenticator app on for the specific account, but similarly I cannot log into it because of my broken main phone.
