2020年11月18日 · Hi R9T community, glad to have found this group. I am considering an R9T to replace my 2010 R12 GS 30th Anniversary Edition I recently sold after a delightful 10 years ownership. As soon as I delivered the GS to its new owner , I knew deep down it was a mistake!

R9T as a do it all machine, seeking advice. | BMW NineT Forum
2017年7月13日 · R9T is not very good for long distance cruising, you better find the back roads to your destination. Options for carrying bags etc are quite limited for the R9T. There is alot of wind buffeting above 130km/h without some sort of screen for protection. I did about 40km of highway riding at speeds and it was annoying.

Ie. newer LC bikes (R1200 and R1250 R/RS) are better handling and performing bikes than R9T...

2022年11月9日 · I almost bought an R a few months ago, but it didn't work out. Definitely a faster bike than I'll ever need. Not that the R9T is slow. @Norbi nailed it -- the R9T has terrific torque with its boxer twin engine, but not so much up top, whereas many inline 4s lack much torque down low but can scream up high, like the K1200/1300 does.
