With the same file size and options (FullHD, 60p), visual quality much worse than with libx264 or with nvenc (NVIDIA).

I'd say go with a single USB-C cable solution and if you have USB ports on your monitor, or audio ports you can seamlessly move it all there in the back of the display and reduce cable clutter + unused free ports on the mini.

2020年11月11日 · I have a Mac mini M1 and I run it whith 2x Dell S3422dwg. One with HDMI runs at full resolution 3440 x 1440 at 100Hz and the second at 3440 x 1440 144Hz or Variable Rate using USB-C to DisplayPort cable. These monitors are HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4 compliant.

2024年10月30日 · used a $175 Beelink mini pc for my plex server, s12 pro I think. Worked perfect and even worked for browsing the internet pretty snappy. I even installed a 4TB HDD inside. Took 5 mins. Now I use a seedbox from Ultra which i prefer. Mac mini is over kill for just a server but if you got money to blow go ahead.
