2023年12月22日 · I haven't tried plain xanthan gum yet. I do have ice cream stabilizer, which has xanthan gum in it. I use it together with the fiber. So, a pint has 1/4 tsp stabilizer and 1 tsp inulin. I recently tried a pint with 1.5 tsp of inulin and it was also good. Fiber makes it more filling, so I'm happy if more fiber works well.
