Interpol has issued a red notice for the arrest of a 24 year old Cambodian man implicated in the fatal shooting of Lim Kimya.

A Brooksville man was killed and four others were injured after a wrong-way driver caused a head-on collision on U.S. 41 early on New Year’s Day, the Florida Highway Patrol reported.
