An ornate Manhattan triplex long owned by the late comedian has returned to the market with a reduced $28 million price tag.

Milwaukee Bucks head coach Doc Rivers is part of a group of new nominees who are eligible for the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. Rivers, who played 13 seasons, is eligible as a coach.
