We hope to see big improvements in power, an OLED display ... a system-on-a-chip from Nvidia, likely some next-generation take on the aged Tegra X1 chip found in the current Switch.

The last hardware refresh that the Nintendo Switch received was with the launch of the Nintendo Switch OLED on October 8 ... by a modest Nvidia Tegra X1 chip and just 4GB of RAM.
