Ukraine attacks a Russian explosives factory in Tambov. Just four days before Donald Trump's arrival at the White House, Keir Starmer has shown support for Ukraine on his first visit to Kiev as the British Prime Minister.

Both this visit and his subsequent trip to Poland were held very much under the shadow of the incoming Trump administration, with Britain and the NATO powers unsure how fully Trump will commit to the Ukraine war and how much more he will demand the European powers contribute.

During Crosetto and Starmer's visits to Kiev, several explosions occurred in the Ukrainian capital, very close to where they were. Zelensky: "We will also send good morning to Russia"
