Just call them and book it. If you are taking a cruise, you can book it through the cruise and they will send a van to get you and others from the cruise ships.

Update: We did end up going in May 2019. Really enjoyed the mine tour & the gold panning lasted about 20 minutes and was in a trough. I struck gold! :) They have a cute little gift shop on the property and that was fun to go through as well. Enjoyed this excursion & would recommend it to anyone interested in seeing how they worked the mines.
