锡特卡是美国阿拉斯加州“市郡合一”的自治市镇，位于亚历山大群岛的巴拉诺夫岛以及奇恰戈夫岛南半部。俄国统治时期曾称作新阿尔汉格尔斯克。面积12,461.8平方公里，是全美面积最大的建制单位。根据2020年美国人口普查，共有人口8,458人，是该州第五大城市。 1799年由沙俄建立，1972年12月2日建市。锡特卡地名源自特林吉特语Shee At'iká，即“Shee外边的人”的意思。
