Not sure what I expected but I was pretty underwhelmed. Long wait for tickets & the funicular to transport up, then long-ish ( but beautifully scenic) steep walk up to salt mine itself. Took a while … Diatriber D的完整评论
I see that it’s recommended to go there early to avoid the crowds. Should I buy morning time slot in advanced? If so, where? Do I need a separate ticket for the funicular? Dec 2nd is my desired date. Any tips would be appreciated

You can go to the Salz Welten website (salzwelten.at) to buy tickets in advance & since you are going on a Saturday you may want to do that. I have my browser set to automatically translate German to English. Also make note that their calendar starts on Monday instead of Sunday. There's a combo ticket that includes the funicular & salt mine tour. The time is for the funicular, then you walk at your own pace up to where the tour starts. Hope this helps.

Hello, does anyone know if the skywalk and salt mine tour accept card payments or is it cash only? Have found many places don’t accept card so want to make sure before we get there.
